Because of the success that Scacchetti had with Cioccolami, a new chapter in his life had begun. He opened a factory in the area of San Pietro in Elda where produces some of the best sweet salami ever made.

An history born in 1988 and which, thanks to the great sense of initiative and the genuine idea of a craftsmanship product, earns today more and more success.
